These terms apply to everyone who uses zoocreatures.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is run by [legal entity name], doing business as Zoo Creatures, Zoo Creatures, 149 Plaistow Road, Plaistow, NH 03865.

You may browse, read and share links to our pages. Please don't:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass, defraud or harm anyone, including animals.
• Try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the systems behind it.
• Scrape, copy or republish our content in bulk, or use automated tools to collect data from the site.
• Place fake orders, or orders in someone else's name without their permission.

We may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

We work to keep the site accurate, but animals sell, new ones arrive every week, and prices and stock change. A listing or photo is not a promise that an item or animal is in the store today. Photos may show a representative animal, not the exact one you will take home.

Care sheets and advice on this site are general guidance based on our keepers' experience. Every animal is different. They are not veterinary advice and are not a substitute for a qualified reptile or exotic-animal veterinarian.

Online orders are placed through Squarespace's checkout, and Squarespace's own terms apply to that checkout. Our Online Orders & Pickup policy covers confirmation, pickup, cancellations and refunds. Our Live Animal Sales policy covers every animal we sell.

Purchases made on NERD's website are sales by NERD and follow NERD's terms.

The text, photos, videos, logos and design of this site belong to Zoo Creatures, NERD or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. “Zoo Creatures” and our lizard logo are our marks. Please don't use them without written permission.

Product and brand names (such as Zoo Med, Exo Terra or Zilla) belong to their owners. We use them only to describe what we sell.

Sharing a link or a single image with credit to @zoo.creatures is fine. For anything more, ask us.

If you send us photos, reviews or messages, you keep ownership of them. You allow us to use them to answer you and run the store. We will ask before we post your photos or words publicly. [Confirm this matches how the store reposts customer photos]

The site links to and embeds content from other services, including NERD's store, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and Google Maps. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the website itself, including that it will always be available or error-free. This does not affect any guarantee we give on a specific product or animal, or any right you have under New Hampshire consumer protection law that can't be waived.

To the extent the law allows, Zoo Creatures and NERD are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using the website, such as lost data or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for our own negligence causing personal injury.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute about these terms or the website will be brought in the state courts located in Rockingham County, New Hampshire, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given it up.
